The gated is that type of story that disappoints you in the beginning, but picks up pace as time goes on. In my honest opinion, this book disappointed me in the beginning. I thought the book was honestly going to be about, people toughing these stones (Gates). Then I saw that, “The Gates,” is actually a story from the view of several different people, across the nations. The battles that, the world faces as a whole is greater than, their nations individual problems. The Gates, is filled with action, shock and is a trill packed adventure until the end.
